They Drive by Night They Drive by Night - DVD
A fascinating film that starts out as a crime thriller, then veers into horror. A young man is falsely accused of murdering his former girlfriend. He and his female companion are pursued across the dark, rainy countryside only to find themselves in the creepy dwelling of a mad killer who sets out to murder them both. Discussed at length in Wm. K. Everson's MORE CLASSICS OF THE HORROR FILM. A must-see for 30s' horror and mystery fans.
