It was a traumatic day for therapist Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) when a young patient (Caitlin Stasey) complaining of tormenting visions convulsed, flashed a ghastly grin-and killed herself. There'd be more to follow, as her investigations found a string of similarly bizarre and lethal incidents... and as she encounters sundry strangers with the same evil rictus, the more certain she is she'll be the next victim. Disquieting chiller also stars Jessie T. Usher, Kyle Gallner, Kal Penn, Robyn Weigert. 115 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
