Romantic Warrior is the sixth studio album by the fusion band Return to Forever. Release in 1976, this album became the band's bestselling record, achieving sales of approximately 500,000 copies. This was the group's first album under Columbia Records, which positively impacted its sales. Unlike its predecessors, this album was recorded entirely at Caribou Ranch instead of New York's Record Plant Studios. It features a more avant-garde sound compared to the previous album.
