Overview
Three stories that paint a portrait of a Vietnam in transition. As the "improvements" of Western progress impede the early hours of New Vietnam, four strangers in Saigon suddenly find themselves expatriates in their own country. Their paths begin to cross in the shadows of neon lights, Coca Cola signs and other symbols of the Western invasion. Directed by Tony Bui.
