Morocco Morocco - DVD
Morocco introduced Marlene Dietrich to American audiences as a cabaret singer whose cool, androgynous allure upends a North African outpost. Caught between a drifting Foreign Legionnaire and a polished aristocrat, Dietrich's character follows desire rather than convention, culminating in one of classic cinema's most famous final images. Directed by Josef von Sternberg, this second collaboration between director and star cemented their screen partnership and helped define Dietrich's iconic screen persona.
