Mauritanian The Mauritanian - DVD
The Mauritanian
In the wake of 9/11, Mohamedou Ould Salahi (Tahar Rahim), who'd had involvement with Al Qaeda in the early '90s, submitted to his homeland authorities for questioning. He'd be rendered to Guantanamo, and his 14 years in detention without charge are memorably limned in this take on Salahi's memoir "Guantanamo Diary."
