Overview

Krav Maga Lessons is a new series of instructional DVDs with a unique approach: The instructors speak directly to you, and offer real, detailed, lessons to you to work on in your own living room. This Krav Defense System is based mainly on techniques from Krav Maga, but also incorporates elements from Close Combat and Sambo. This DVD is based on defenses against a knife threat (crossed, uncrossed, or stabbing). The aim is not to be a hero but if your life is threatened, you need an immediate reaction that is easy and effective. This DVD offers real private tutoring with realistic, simple, and fast techniques. You will also find a specific warm-up, situational drills, and a stretching session.
