Krav Maga Lessons" is a new series of instructional DVDs with a unique approach: The instructors speak directly to you, and offer real, detailed, lessons to you to work on in your own living room. This Krav Defense System is based mainly on techniques from Krav Maga, but also incorporates elements from Close Combat and Sambo. This DVD is based on defense against the main kicks (low, middle and high kick). Even with a safety distance, we can be attacked but simple and quick techniques can potentially stop these attacks.
