Overview

In this DVD, you will find intermediate techniques of WKMF Krav Maga: strikes, defenses on grips, chokes and seizures, defenses on punches and kicks, on armed threats, and ground techniques. The main defenses of WKMF Krav Maga level 2 are part of the orange belt training program. They are illustrated by Alessandro Del Pia, president and technical director Italy, Jean-Michel Lerho (Belgium), European technical director, and Alexander Vanderlinden, technical director Belgium. This DVD is intended as training material for intermediate students, and a resource for WKMF instructors. The program is hosted by Alain Formaggio, France, technical director of the World Krav Maga Federation since 2006. The World Krav Maga Federation was created in 2004 by Alessandro Del Pia, Italy, and is an independent and developing international organization. It's foundations are based on the basis of Israeli military Krav Maga, but all techniques are appropriate to the street for it's current environment and with minimal risk to the defender.
