Hungry Shells is the seventeenth entry in RVNG Intl.'s intergenerational collaborations series FRKWYS, featuring vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Ka Baird alongside avant-garde composer Pekka Airaksinen. This unique recording, captured six months before Airaksinen's passing in 2020, combines Baird's sound rituals with Airaksinen's acid-drenched poetics to create startling and surreal musical landscapes. The vinyl edition includes a printed insert with artist essays and a high-quality multi-format digital download code.
