John Whitney Trio Classical Jazz Swinging Classical By the John - CD Album
As with several of FIM's recent releases, "Classical Jazz" is a melding of jazz and classical. It is a showcase of John Whitney's talents as both a jazz pianist and arranger. You'll find striking arrangements of these ten melodies by classical composers as well as esteem for Whitney's swinging treatments and jazz trio.
