ERANCNOIR, hailing from Teheran, Iran, is proof that the drawing of national borders has no bearing on Mother Nature, nor on Black Metal as the ultimate means to portray her beauty and uncompromising forces. Returning with a beautifully produced and superbly executed third, self-titled studio album, gifted multi-instrumentalist and sole member Harpag Karnik shows the true potential of Atmospheric Black Metal when letting us in on his journey through a dreamlike, entrancing place far away from the sun. Enter the gloomy, fog-laden autumn soundscape of ERANCNOIR.
