"Accidentally Preserved: Rare and Lost Silent Films from Vintage 16mm Prints" is a remarkable DVD series showcasing rare and lost silent film shorts that have survived thanks to 16mm copies made in the 1920s, 30s, and 40s. This third volume offers an exciting collection of obscure gems from dedicated film collectors, featuring a new HD digital transfer and a musical score by silent film accompanist Ben Model. The nine cheeky comedies include appearances by stars such as Mr. & Mrs. Sidney Drew and a young Billy Barty, bringing back delightful entertainment that has been unavailable to the public for decades. Films included are: Mr. & Mrs. Sidney Drew in WANTED, A NURSE (1915), Bobby Ray in SERVICE A LA BUNK (1921), and more.
